Smart Planning

Before printing your job, we will check the design to be sure that it can mail for the lowest possible cost. We once saved a customer thousands of dollars by suggesting that we print their piece very slightly undersized. The difference in size wasn’t noticeable but it cut the weight by a fraction of an ounce and that made the difference.

We will also check the layout to be sure that it complies with postal regulations to qualify for the lowest possible automation postage rates. And we will check the stock being used to be sure it also qualifies for those rates.

Printing and Addressing

Our variable data software allows us to print and address your mailing piece in one operation. Envelopes, letterhead, brochures and postcards can all be printed in full color and addressed in one pass through our digital press. As you can imagine, this is faster and less expensive than printing and addressing in separate operations. And our ability to print full color envelopes on demand will save you from having to print and store larger quantities of envelopes.
